We aimed to create a blend capable to fit home-brewing needs so, in 2022, we developed Capraia, named after one of the smallest island of the Tuscan archipelago.

It is a 100% arabica ground coffee blend. When brewed with moka pot, French press or filter coffee machine, it produces a coffee with a smooth body and it offers notes of caramel in the taste.
